Regular Registration
Includes entrance into all conference sessions, proceedings (abstract book and CD), continental breakfast, refreshment breaks, reception and banquet.

Student Registration
Must be currently enrolled student and present valid student ID at conference check-in. Student registration includes entrance into all conference sessions, continental breakfast, refreshment breaks and reception. Does NOT include proceedings or banquet.

Exhibitor Provisions:

  • Full registration privileges for one individual - admission to all conference events, proceedings (Abstract book and CD), continental breakfast, refreshment breaks, reception and banquet
  • 10' wide x 8' deep floor space
  • 6' skirted table
  • Power Service (one six outlet power strip, on extension cord (115 volts, 15 amps each)

Single Space includes one exhibit space and provisions mentioned above.

Double Space includes two adjoining exhibit spaces and provisions mentioned above.

Addn'l Personnel - discounted fee for additional exhibitors (maximum of two). Must be paid with the exhibitor fee. These fees include full registration privileges.
